lyrics

They took us to the internment camps
Big brothers re-enlearnment camps
‘cause we wouldn’t take the vaccine
Their Kool Aide suicide

And when it all done hit the fan
They locked us in they up and ran
We watched through the fence
As the dance began outside

When we finally got that fence down
It was too late for my hometown
I couldn’t find nobody
That survived those first few nights

Just hungry shufflers stumbling
And distant gunfire rumbling
As the sickness kept on spreading
Out toward those city lights

We’ll be dancing like Saint Vitus
With seven angels in his cell
But our angels won’t be Heaven-sent
They’ll boil straight up from Hell

Once the hunger gets inside us
Fire burns inside our head
Our bones’ll crick when we get the sick
And we’ll dance among the dead

The stench of the decaying
A billion maggots feasting
The dead are slowing down now
They’re rotting on their feet

Just static on the radio
Skies black with fattened crows
What will the shufflers do
When there’s no one left to eat

Well I wonder how much time I’ve got
Before I join this sorry lot
If God is really coming
I hope He gets here pretty quick

‘cause so far the devil’s winning
Just look at all them corpses grinning
I best be heading down the road
‘fore my bones begin to crick
‘fore my belly gets the sick
Before my body....... starts to dancing
